DELIVERY POLICY<\/strong>
\nOrdered items will be shipped as quickly as possible once the order has been processed. Processing and delivery times vary depending on delivery address and product availability. Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the time items leave our store.<\/p>\n

Once the products have passed into the hands of the shipping company, Akiba relinquishes all ownership rights to the buyer.<\/p>\n

Delivery of the products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company as well as those regarding the signing of an acknowledgment of receipt for the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and picking up the products according to the shipping company’s rules and procedures.<\/p>\n

Akiba reserves the right to modify delivery costs at any time and without notice according to agreements with shipping companies.<\/p>\n

RETURN POLICY<\/strong>

\nWe accept the return of our products if you are not satisfied. Any merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, its original packaging, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the original price tags must still be attached. The item must not be damaged.<\/p>\n

Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to refund or exchange underwear and nightgowns.<\/p>\n

Items purchased at regular prices, on sale or final sale.
\n30 days for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased at regular price.<\/p>\n

15 days for merchandise purchased on sale.<\/p>\n

Final sales are non-refundable.<\/p>\n
