DELIVERY POLICY

Ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order has been processed. Processing and delivery times vary depending on delivery address and product availability. Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the time the items leave our store.

Once the products are in the hands of the shipping company, Akiba relinquishes all rights of ownership in favor of the buyer.

Delivery of the products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company as well as those concerning the signing of an acknowledgment of receipt for the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and picking up the products according to the shipping company’s rules and procedures.

Akiba reserves the right to modify the delivery costs at any time and without notice, according to the agreements with the shipping companies.

 

RETURN POLICY

Any merchandise eligible for return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed, and must have the original price tags still attached.

Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to refund or exchange underwear and nightgowns.

  • Items purchased at regular prices, on sale or on final sale.

30 days for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased at regular price and 15 days for merchandise purchased on sale following the date of shipment. Final sales are non-refundable.

The return of goods for reimbursement must be made by post. Please return your purchase to the following address by post or courier of your choice:
